From the famed Lawsuit Era, this is the rare DX (Deluxe) model featuring a Set Mahogany Neck.
These Lawsuit Era guitars play as good as their American Counterparts anyday.

This one’s had the pickups swapped (appears to be a SD high output INVADER in the bridge)

Amazing condition for its age and yes, it has its original Flying V Hardcase.
