Based on my old 2 knob Ge Fuzz Face but with more output & the internal trimpots moved to the outside. Fat, warm, harmonic. Then with a slight turn of the guitar volume control it cleans up like a vintage Fender. Plenty of bite, dig in and initially you will hear the note bark followed by thick sustain. Pre-gain control allows you to roll off the thick bottom end or pull it back even further for classic overdrive tones. External bias compensates for temperature changes without having to adjust internally. It is also useful for additional tone shaping.
