Brian May Guitars | Red Special | Custom Finish | Flash Gordon | Pre-Loved

We got us a rare one here! 

This is a Brian May Guitars Red Special made at renowned “World musical instruments” factory in Korea 

This particular guitar is obviously adorned with the iconic “Flash Gordon” album art from the 1980 movie and associated sound track by “Queen”. Awesome right!

However, we can not find a trace of this ever being released as an option on the BMG catalogue! 
Basically, Is shouldn’t exist, but it does, because it’s here at Nepean Music. 

Now, after close inspection we believe the art had been added to a standard Red Special model (possibly a promotional item) The question for us is, has this been done new from the factory. Or has it been added at are later date by some  savvy Queen fan as a tribute. We have no way to be certain. We can say that art is sealed under the top coat, and is professionally finished. 

A great playing instrument. And of course an amazing showpiece to hang on the wall.
